When our founders were employed at various organizations, they noticed that almost all departments were data-driven, except HR. Decisions about evaluating, developing and rewarding employees were often based on gut feeling.
The solution to this problem did not yet exist, so the three brothers Rick, Paul and Joost Kuijf decided to shake up the HR market themselves in 2018 with their software for objective and data-driven Performance Management: Learned.
